DESCRIPTION:Safe Sideline is a 90-minute\, hands-on Emergency Response Training designed specifically for coaches\, staff\, and league leaders who work in youth sports environments. The training was built around a simple but urgent truth: \nThe first 3–5 minutes before EMS arrives are critical\, and most sidelines are not prepared. \nLed by two Nurse Practitioners and a Sergeant trained in safety and crowd control\, the training covers: \n• Severe bleeding control\, including gunshot and stab wound response\n• Tourniquet application and wound packing\n• Airway management and unresponsive athlete response\n• CPR and AED refresher for sports settings\n• Overdose recognition and Narcan administration\n• Crowd control and chaos management\n• Live emergency scenarios and skills checkoff \nThis will be a hands-on training with scenarios that some of us have experienced
